How long does it take before I have my money in my account?
QX Innovations does not come between cash flows from the devices and the bill of entrepreneurs. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the contract you have chosen. Depending on this contract, you must count on a direct deposit until payment the next (working) day.
What times and days are you available for support questions?
QX Innovations can be reached on working days from 08:30 to 1730 for all your questions and 7 days a week from 08:30 to 22:00 for emergencies.
My kiosk works, what now?
When your kiosk is connected, you and your customers can immediately enjoy a streamlined ordering process. Follow how your devices are doing via your own CMS, and make changes if desired.
How long does it take to install my system?
QX Innovations strives to offer every entrepreneur a solution that fits perfectly. We provide solutions that are plug-and-play, but also solutions that are installed by us on location.
How much commission do you charge?
QX Innovations chooses not to be between the entrepreneur and his / her cash register. We will therefore never charge a commission based on turnover or placed orders! We only charge with a fixed, low monthly amount based on the chosen solution.
